To create a solution to manage all data and direct marketing, creating an optimised CRM plan to drive additional ticket sales and develop customer relationships. 

Solution

Managed the transfer and integration of the data into our existing system as a stand-alone database, developing a targeted communications plan by analysing all transactional, lifestyle and demographic data from multiple sources combined with a review of the creative and direct marketing practices. 

Results

A move towards a single customer view, allowing for improved customer communication and an increased open and click-through rate and a lift in ticket sales.
